a. Damaged or Defective Products

- The footwear product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition
- The shoes, sneakers, or sandals are not as described or not usable
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery
- You provide clear unboxing videos or images as proof
b. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect footwear item:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Ensure the product remains unused and in its original packaging
c. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Footwear damaged due to misuse, improper handling, water exposure, or accidental damage
- Items returned without original box, tags, packaging, or accessories
- Products showing signs of wear or use
- Digital products or gift cards
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The footwear must be unused and in original condition
- Original shoe box, tags, accessories, and packaging must be included
- Any product identifiers must match our records
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Supporting images or videos of the footwear
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, we will either:
- Arrange a pickup, or
- Ask you to ship the product to our designated address
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will proceed with a refund or replacement.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees will only be refunded if:

- An incorrect item was delivered
5. Replacement Policy
You are eligible for a replacement if:

- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
